The Downtown Indy private gym, Barkes Fitness is the perfect place to participate in Yoga. The size of the classes are purposely limited so the instructor has time to provide feedback and coaching to all participants.

What is Arial Yoga?
Aerial Yoga suspends practitioners while they do poses. The suspension is hung close to the floor so that students can use the prop to either partially or fully support the weight of the body. Most postures are designed to help the student better understand the purpose of traditional postures. Other Aerial Yoga postures are designed to help students achieve advanced traditional postures.
